"Our Dachshund mix, Benji, began experiencing what appeared to be gastrointestinal distress out of the blue one day. I thought he may have just had a short-term illness, but something didn't seem quite right. My boyfriend gave ACC of Fox Valley a call at about 6PM, and they squeezed us in for an appointment for just 30 minutes later. All of the people at the receptionist desk were so sweet and made my usually quite anxious dog feel at home. The veterinarian, Dr. Alex, was so kind to our boy and, while she gave us suggestions on the things we can do to get a diagnosis, we did not feel like any services were"pushed."We received results about his bloodwork the next morning and his prescriptions were filled in about 30 minutes. So far, we're already seeing small improvements, and he's eating and drinking again. Thank you so much, and, fingers crossed, we'll be back for a follow-up in the future!"
